1. Agreement

By using Sheltr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Your use of the app is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate custom EULA is provided, use of the app is subject to Apple’s Standard EULA. You can review it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the app. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use it with parental or guardian consent.

4. The App and Your Content

Sheltr helps you track supplies, preparedness items, and related tasks.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide the app’s functionality.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

If the app offers paid features, purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app in violation of applicable law
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app’s operation
• Do not use the app to transmit malware or harmful code

7. Important Disclaimer

Sheltr provides organizational tools and general preparedness features. It does not provide professional medical, legal, emergency, or safety advice, and it does not guarantee outcomes.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services such as Apple iCloud or App Store billing. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially violated.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
