Sheltr is designed to help you track supplies, preparedness items, and related tasks. Most of the information you enter is stored on your device. Optional backup features may store data in iCloud, as described below.

When you use the app, you may choose to enter information such as:

• Inventory items, quantities, expiration dates, and notes
• Scenarios, preferences, and settings
• Any information you include in support emails

Core app features do not require an account.

3. Information Collected Automatically

• Device and OS version
• App version
• Diagnostic data related to crashes or performance issues, if system diagnostics are enabled

We do not sell personal data and do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data as part of Sheltr’s core functionality.

4. iCloud Backup and Restore

• Backup data may be stored in your own iCloud account if you enable backup and restore
• Apple handles iCloud infrastructure and credentials
• You can disable backup features at any time

5. Subscriptions and Payments

If Sheltr offers paid subscriptions, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment details.

6. How We Use Information

• Provide core app functionality
• Enable optional backup and restore
• Improve reliability, performance, and security
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations where required

7. Sharing of Information

Information may be shared only in limited cases, such as:

• Service providers needed to operate the app
• Apple services such as iCloud or App Store billing
• Legal requirements or valid legal process

8. Data Retention

• Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app
• If iCloud backup is enabled, data may remain in iCloud until you disable it and remove it there
• Support communications may be retained as needed for issue resolution and record keeping

9. Your Choices and Controls

• Edit or delete items in the app
• Use the app’s delete-all-data feature when available
• Disable iCloud backup and restore
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

Sheltr is not intended for children under 13 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. International Users

Depending on Apple services or any third-party providers involved, information may be processed in different jurisdictions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted with a new effective date.
